We are very proud to be able to present the worlds first Icelandic translations of W3C Documents. Most of these documents have been translated into a wide array of languages, some of which are spoken by a handfull of people. The is what w3c stands for. To make the web available for each and every person irrespective of which part of the world they come from and which OS or browser they are using.
The Idea to translate W3c documents and web pages into Icelandic was purely incidental and was branched of my Mark Goeder-Tarant who, together with Magnus Sigursen and Louisa Pederson had decided to translated W3c Documents into Danish.
The idea to translate W3c documents into Icelandic was implemented by Kjartan Sverrisson who has smanaged to translated the first W3C URLs. The translations seen below are all linked to by W3C directly and are W3 conform.
